so today me, amber, and jake went to Skate Quest. this has been me and amber’s 3rd saturday in a row that we have gone to Skate Quest together! we had so much fun today! my friend, Alex, from my Spanish class was working there today so i said hi. and then there were some hockey players that raced with us. poor jake fell pretty hard there at the end. but he did pretty good. and me and amber were going sooo fast! it was fun but now my ankles hurt. so yeah… that was my day today. and i got chinese food on the way home since i hadn’t had breakfast or lunch. we had the most AMAZING time! if you didn’y come, you missed some awesome fun!!!!! (sorry…. no pictures from skate quest this time. i forgot! =P)
yesterday… i had 122 views to my site!!! =)

i’m actually going to start from last night and then talk about my day today. so last night, i watched the Phantom of the Opera with my kitty, Amos, asleep in my arms. That was fun and a great movie. Before i went to bed, i packed for school just in case because i know that if i’m not prepared, then we’ll actually have school and i’ll be running around the house trying to get ready and almost miss the bus and stuff like that. Then this morning at 5am, i got a text message from my dad and the PWCS people saying that school was canceled. all i thought was YES! and i fell back asleep till about 8:30am or a little after. my mom had some places to go this morning so i got ready and went with her. we went to Target first to get a present for Jared’s birthday party. Then we went to the mall to go get Lindt chocolate and to the Lego store where I got a Harry Potter keychain of Hagrid. =) and of course we walked through Abercrombie and Fitch cause thats like the best store ever! from there we went to Borders to spend my $25 gift card i got from my school in a raffle. i was trying to find a book that could teach me how to play guitar but i couldnt decide what book to get because i don’t understand how to place my fingers or whatever so instead i got a Eragon calender (cause i still have my old 2007 calender showing everything that happened in December.) and i got 2 movies… Edward Scissorhands and The Wedding Singer, 2 really great movies. then it was about 11:30 and me and my mom were hungery so we went to Chipotle where i got a steak burrito with lettuce, cheese, and tons of sour cream (what i get every time i go there now). And then we had to go to the comissary on Quantico to get milk and stuff. So then we got home, cleaned up the house a little bit and watched The Wedding Singer. that is an amazing movie! so yeah… my day has been pretty great so far.
okay i agree that love hurts… but just watch the video and you’ll understand why i think love is not THIS painful! =)
so again tonight, Young Life was amazing…
♥ i got to see the video of my date on saturday (if you dont know about it… i posted about it so you can go to previous posts)
♥ we had “Reality Show” night and played some fun games
♥ and most of all….. i am doing a fundraiser so that i can go to the Young Life camp (June 20th-25th)
for those of you who would like to help support me by getting one of my fundraisers… here is what my fundraiser is. Saturday, March 1st, there’s is going to be a huge Young Life Basket Bingo game at the Dale City Firehouse from 6 to 9pm. and doors open at 5pm. now here’s how you can help. it costs some money to play but… it costs $18 in advance from me and $20 at the door. (kids are $15). so you’ll save $2 in you buy tickets in advance from me. i dont know if you can pay at the door and tell them to put it towards me but if you can that would be sooo amazing.

I really want to go to Rockbridge Young Life camp but it costs $545. I’ve heard from tons of people and my Young Life leaders that the camp is AMAZING! there’s rock climbing, a lake to swim in, ropes courses, mountain biking, sports, a zip line into the lake, a skate park, a giant swing, a pool, a frisbee golf course, a hot tub and a game room!!! it’s also at a beautiful location. it’s just an awesome week where each person that goes has an amazing experience with other Young Life teens and with God.
the other day while we were waiting for Sam and Lila to get to our house, I made this video with the younger ones. They are playing on Rock Band instruments to a Hawk Nelson. it’s pretty sweet.
so today, we had my friend, Sam and his sister, Lila over to play Rock Band this afternoon! it was TONS of fun! we really had a great time hanging out!!! here are some pictures! =)
